Responsibilities:


Responsible for leading creative initiatives and marketing strategies for interactive and print promotions.

Collaborate with Concept Directors to develop concepts, strategies and content for online and offline promotions.

Work closely with account teams to create and manage project time lines, budgets and strategic objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of art directors to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client’s expectations.

Art direct photo and video shoots. Work closely with photographers, talent, clients, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, and crew to achieve exceptional results.

Work with clients to define project scope, present initial concepts and project updates.

Assist with corporate creative needs, including special presentations, print-based advertising, and direct mail marketing campaigns.

Clients include: McNeil Healthcare | Johnson & Johnson (Tylenol), Cadillac (General Motors), Kellogg's, Keebler, AstraZeneca, Johnson Products, and Coldwell Banker.

Responsibilities:


Partner with business and design stakeholders to clarify creative needs and identify solutions.

Translate business needs into usable designs for development by the technical community.

Broker compromises when competing business needs vie for limited creative resources.

Manage and mentor creative staff, and nurture individual skills development of all team members.

Supervise web-based creative efforts for all Gartner web sites, including aesthetics, usability, navigational flow, promotional advertising, coding/back end development and HTML email campaigns.

Assist with corporate creative needs, including special presentations, print-based advertising, and direct mail marketing campaigns.

Results:


Directed design team in the creation Magic Quadrants and Hype Cycles, two of Gartner's highest revenue growth products.

Led design of the Gartner Fellows blog, a high-profile spotlight on Gartner's pre-eminent analysts. As one of the most highly trafficked offerings, this feature consistently generates an average of more than 1,000 visits per week.

Art direction for the re-design of GartnerEXP, a boutique web site exclusively for a highly demanding CIO clientele. In the year following this redesign, EXP membership increased by almost 25%.

Art Directed the transformation of the Gartner Symposium web site into a vibrant, engaging client experience. Use of high-impact graphics and a focus on usability continue to drive an ever-growing percentage of web-initiated registrations.

Led the design of Gartner Alerts, which allows clients to request email notification when new research is published that meets their specified criteria. This feature has been eagerly embraced by Gartner clients.

Redesigned Focus Areas into highly flexible, dynamic showcases for Gartner's intellectual capital.

Design and develop feature packages, including interactives and graphics for breaking news stories.

Liaise between news producers and designers to ensure seamless on-time production of a visual and news elements.

Lead design of all sales packages and marketing print projects.

Collaborate with sales team on interactive conceptual designs and presentations.

Liaise between the sales, marketing and design teams.

Supervise and art direct a team of 5 designers.

Ensure that daily production and maintenance schedules for all cbs entertainment sites are delivered to the highest standards.

FOX Television Network

Breakfast Time debuted on June 1, 1994, the first day of operation of the fX cable network. The zany and ground-breaking two-hour morning show, was set in a multi-million dollar, 5th Avenue, fully functional apartment/studio. The show was picked up by the FOX Television and became FOX After Breakfast.

Pitched and produced segments for in-studio and on location.

Produced and pre-interviewed celebrity guests.

Artist & Producer "Breakfast Time"


Designed and created on-air "look" for LIVE morning show, including illustrations, graphics, set-construction, props and costumes.

Responsible for renting, borrowing, purchasing, shipping and building on-air artwork and props within a fixed budget and demanding deadlines.

Produced and wrote taped pieces with show co-host "Bob the Puppet." [aka Al Rosenberg - from the Howard Stern Show] Edited and produced for on-air.
